2009 The Educational Committee is accepting applications for selection of the Tuskegee Airmen, Inc (TAI) National Scholarship and Memphis Chapter 2009 Educational and Aviation Assistance Fund awards.
- Applications for TAI National Scholarships must be postmarked by February 02, 2009.
- Applications for Memphis Chapter Educational Assistance awards must be postmarked by March 30, 2009.
- Applications for Memphis Chapter Aviation Assistance awards must be postmarked by May 31, 2009.
TAI National Scholarships of $1500 each are to be presented to each of the forty-one TAI National recipients and one $20,000 four year Pratt & Whitney Golden Eagle Award is to be awarded to one TAI National recipient. Memphis Chapter-TAI Awards of $1000 each are to be presented to each of the three (two academic and one aviation) Memphis Chapter recipients.
